Shannon’s coaching approach blends mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and goal-focused strategies to help individuals move from feeling stuck to creating confident, balanced lives. His areas of interest include anxiety management, burnout prevention, life transitions, and leadership growth. ​As an Ohio State University graduate and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Tristan Hoh is passionate about helping others actualize their best selves. Pulling from Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Training (MBT), his goal is to support you in preventing burnout and designing the life you want. He has a demonstrated history of working with students, parents, and busy professionals. I am a certified Integrative Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), trained in a natural and integrative approach. I believe in bio-individuality—the understanding that each person has unique physiological, biochemical, and nutritional needs. Because there is no one-size-fits-all path to wellness, I work with each client to identify the habits and conditions that best support their overall well-being. I specialize in career fatigue, work-life balance, stress management, and hormonal support, helping clients navigate demanding seasons with clarity and resilience. My goal is to equip individuals with the knowledge and insight to become their own health experts, making informed choices that strengthen both physical and mental health.

I’m Amanda - a Life and Financial Coach with a B.S. in Psychology and a M.A. in Human Services with a focus in Life Coaching. I’m also a mom of three, so I get it!
